¿Qué es?

Es una técnica para personalizar tus álbumes de fotos, donde podrás acompañar cada una con etiquetas o pequeños párrafos explicando lo que sucedió ese día, tickets, recortes, planos en caso de viajes y demás complementos que harán que recuerdes con cada detalle ese momento. Además, los recuerdos de esos días los podrás acompañar de botones, cintas, hilos, pegatinas, gemas… en definitiva con cualquier cosa que se te ocurra, la finalidad de ésta actividad, aparte de recordar tus momentos guardándolos como un tesoro, es que te diviertas creando algo único, especial y personal, ya sea para quedártelo tú o para regalar a otra persona.

¿Cómo y cuándo?

El scrapbooking es una técnica que, a medida que han ido pasando los años, se ha ido extendiendo por todo el mundo, los primeros trabajos de scrapbooking que se conocen es de 1769 en Inglaterra, pero años más tarde tuvo una gran repercusión en Estados Unidos, incluso muchos creen que el scrapbooking es originario de dicho país que, aunque no es así, es verdad que fueron los que empezaron a diseñar álbumes más elaborados, con cubiertas muy novedosas y hasta con cierres para preservar la intimidad de quien hacía este tipo de álbumes, aquí comenzó la realización de los diarios personales y los álbumes de la amistad.
